◎简 介
经过连番对决，天赋少年L（松山研一 饰）有几近百分之百的把握肯定基拉身处日本，是以他决议分开洛杉矶，前昔日本与这个难缠的对手展开对决。预见应多舛的命运，L不惜给自己留下了短短23日的生命。与此同时，泰国某个小村子哀鸿遍野，村民纷纷因一种奥秘病毒致死，其毒性是伊波拉病毒的100倍。心胸鬼胎的某国残暴炸毁村落，对作为尝试品的村民实施灭口以袒护罪行。最为可骇的是，该病毒已经进化，任何解药都不起感化。在此时代，L最为恭敬的渡（藤村俊二 饰）因灭亡笔记身亡。拯救天下的重任，不知不觉落在了生命逐步收缩的L的肩上……
本片按照大场つぐみ、小畑健的高人气漫画《灭亡笔记》改编。
