简 介
故事发生在第一次天下大战时代，玛丽（克拉拉·鲍 Clara Bow 饰）暗恋着英俊的杰克（查尔斯·巴德·罗杰斯 Charles 'Buddy' Rogers 饰），可是杰克的心机却全数放在了巨细姐西尔维娅（乔拜娜·劳斯顿 Jobyna Ralston 饰）身上，无法西尔维娅亦有她的心上人，那就是富家子弟大卫（理查德·阿伦 Richard Arlen 饰）。
战争爆发了，大卫和杰克投身军队为国家效力，在军中，身为情敌的两人关系渐渐慎密，以后成为了好友。一场剧烈的战争中，大卫遭受了意外，悲痛的杰克决心为朋友报仇。但是，杰克并不晓得的是，大卫没有死，他甚至偷到了一架敌机。正当大卫喜滋滋地驾驶着敌机返回营地之时，与为朋友报仇心切的杰克撞了个正着。
