简 介
作家珍妮特（凯瑞·福克斯 Kerry Fox饰）的平生由于磨难而坎坷，由于笔墨而闪光。自小，家境清贫的她就敏感内敛，不懂与人相同，即使妹习优异，仍然不能给她的童年灌入半点自豪。只要一头扎紧文妹的天下，珍妮特被压制的身心才能完全开释。命运频频给她冲击，先是妹妹和母亲的不幸归天，随后珍妮特被误诊为神经病人，送进精神医院接管长达8年的治疗。
她用笔墨怀念落空的亲人，孤独的写作成为了她的精神狂欢。终究，作品颁发后她获得了很多人求之不得的成名，也碰见了一段长久熄灭的恋爱，但是，乱烘烘的命运事后，珍妮特回归凄清的人生，重返故乡继续孤单的写作。
