简 介
香港长洲岛是个小地方，人们生于斯擅长斯，没有太大理想也能享用安逸生活。可是恰恰出了个死心眼的“长洲美少女”罗娇（钟欣桐 饰），为了报情敌的一巴掌之仇，决心拉上几个好姐妹加入“出水芙蓉”4x100泅水接力赛夺下冠军。为此她绑架到“飞鱼王子”郭志远（方力申 饰），逼他练习自己和姐妹们：命犯天煞孤星的病秧子阿玉（黄圣依 饰），草食双胞胎“大花”（茜利妹 饰）与“小花”（朱熏 饰）。经过一番刻苦练习，加上阿娇无意中碰到“海上观音”（田亮 饰）赋予她的超才能，阿娇和姐妹们泳技飞涨，郭志远也渐渐对阿娇动了心，只是被她误解喜好阿玉。角逐终究到来，“海上观音”显灵令阿娇他们得胜，而阿娇和郭志远的恋爱却也随着志远被掮客人接走见了分晓……
