简 介
动物是人类的好朋友，也是各类电影里的常客，可是在美国却风行着一种残暴的做法。那就是为了所谓的平安缘由，要对猫科动物停止去爪手术。电影《爪子计划》就关注了这一不公允的行为。影片由兽医詹妮弗·康奈德自导自演，詹妮弗曾在多家宠物医院和宠物收留所工作，见过很多接管去爪手术后酿成残疾的动物，大到山君狮子，小到各类宠物猫。面临为了金钱好处，死力推行去爪术的大型宠物医院和个体兽医，詹妮弗决议不再连结沉默，她要为动物们争取公允的权利。影片跟从詹妮弗的脚步，记录下了她处处奔走，呼吁人们重新审阅去爪手术的进程，希望能引发更多人的关注。
