简 介
沃特（吹嘘老爹 Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs 饰）在意外当中获得一笔飞来横财，本来沃特的爷爷归天了，留下了一大笔保险金给他的孩子。沃特洗完更可以操纵这笔钱来停止投资，让钱生钱，可是沃特的妹妹却并不这么想，她希望可以让柏妮莎（桑娜·莱瑟 Sanaa Lathan 饰）拿着这笔钱去实现她想要成为医生的胡想。
现实上具有这笔钱的安排权的，是丽娜奶奶（菲利西亚·拉斯海德 Phylicia Rashad 饰），她用这笔钱在白人聚居处买了一间屋子，又拨出了一部分送柏妮莎去念书，最初留下一笔钱给沃特投资金融。虽然看似大家都分到了一杯羹，但隐藏在水面之下的题目还多得很。
