简 介
吉尔和队友奥拉是滑雪队中最有希望的种子选手。酷爱这项活动的吉尔视滑雪为她挑选的生活方式。为了加入奥运会资历赛，他们尽心尽力地向极限冲刺。奥拉忽然得了小儿麻痹症，今前收支赛场，同仇敌忾的吉尔结识了以冒险和玩命著称的天赋选手"疯狗"伯克，并获得他的欣赏和指导，她今后堕入了对伯克的感情漩涡。可是，伯克身旁的女人使她意想到自己的现实处境。在一次角逐中，她发生了意围，脊椎骨折致使她自胸部以着落空知觉。高位瘫痪是她要面临的最大的仇敌。从灭亡线上被拉返来的吉尔顽强地起头了康复练习，以迎战生活中的一切艰难。在轮椅上，她给有一样不幸的孩子们授课，这类履历启发她发愤成为一位教师。她回抵故乡的印第安保存地，在那边，缺少师资的孩子们需要她，她终究可以靠自己的气力生活了。她的应战精神和勇气赢得了伯克的心，他在她最需要的时辰来到身旁，扶持她，关爱她，所以，她急不成耐地要告诉他。她约请伯克来加入自己的生日晚会。可是，喜好驾机翱翔的冒险王伯克却永久不成能与他深爱的人在人世重逢了。
