简 介
具有不胜回首曩昔的安藤满男（佐藤浩市 饰）一早接到同事宫下（鹤见辰吾 饰）的电话，得知医科大念书时的好友高山龙司（真田广之 饰）意外灭亡。安藤为高山的尸身停止剖解，解除了自杀和他杀的缘由，发现好友死于心肌梗塞。在警方的放置下，他见到了高山的情人高野舞（中谷美纪 饰），却听到了朋友因一卷录像带而丧命的说辞。安藤自然不会相信虚无缥缈的揣测，谁知几天后高山的前妻浅川玲子（松岛菜菜子 饰）和年幼的儿子也在车祸中灭亡，损毁的车中破裂的录像机引发安藤的思疑。未过量久，浅川的下属吉野（松重丰 饰）登门造访，报告了关于贞子和诅咒录像带的一切真相。安藤的命运由此发生改变……
本片按照铃木光司的同名原作改编。
