简 介
故事报告户田家本是一个大师族，一向意气风发，可是当一家之主病逝后，全部家属便起了很大的变化。妻子为他的死后事昼夜奔走忙碌，处置过遗产以后，家境中落，儿子要跑到中国的天津工作，母亲带着最小的女儿被迫搬往各后代的家中居住，成果母亲跟媳妇日渐反面，家庭的凝聚力随着父亲的猝死而逐步崩溃，母女最初被迫躲到海边破屋，感应无穷的欷歔与孤寂。
本片是《我们要爱母亲》的变奏，故事同以父亲去世做起点，但铺陈出另一种豪情与关切。
该片为小津最成熟作品之一，处置三代同堂的细碎关系笔触敏感。朱门收场意气风发，对照片末处境凄凉，幻灭感受特别实在与激烈。尽显了小津激烈而成熟的小我气概。被日本「电影旬报」选为年度最好电影。
