简 介
自愿成为摄影师的泉泽月子（中村麻美 饰）3年曾遭受一场车祸，在此以后她便得了失眠症，而且没法回忆起车祸之前发生的事。为了摆脱困扰，月子向精神科医生細野辰子（洞口依子 饰）乞助。经过催眠疗法，月子无认识说出了“富江”这个名字。未几，刑警原田省二（田口トモロヲ 饰）造访细野，由于他正在观察的奥秘女子富江（菅野美穂 饰）与细野和月子都有着千丝万缕的关系。与此同时，月子公寓的楼下搬来一个行迹诡秘的男人，与他同来的还有一颗具有生命而且延续发展的头颅。月子尘封的噩梦渐渐被揭开……
本片按照日本著名可骇漫画家伊藤润二的同名系列漫画改编。
