◎简 介
豪杰差人陈家驹（成龙 饰）又返来了。不外，性情火爆、直抒己见的他此次由于不满足下属放走了一个极为危险的重犯而和下属吵翻了，愤然告退。离开了差人生活的家驹和女友去观光时代，一间电话公司遭到了炸弹恐吓，赋性难移的家驹顿时赶到了现场，动手观察案件。
岂料一波未平，一波又起。这个炸弹狂徒居然炸毁了警局的大门，还绑架了家驹的女友，要求家驹照顾大量赎款前往堆栈交换人质。当家驹身带巨款到达堆栈时，发现这里已经布满了炸弹……
