简　　介

　　在三联帮有精采表示的山鸡（陈小春 饰）行将迎娶日本帮派山田组的头子草刈一雄（千叶真一 饰）的女儿菜菜子（安雅 饰）。身为好友的陈浩南（郑伊健 饰）及一众香港的黑帮头子也到日本列席了山鸡的婚礼。
　　三联帮帮主的儿子雷复轰是个有能之士，对父亲的帮派奇迹毫无爱好。山鸡成了他心中继续位置的最好人选，却遭到了同是帮内头子标忠勇伯的否决，他决意要与山鸡争取帮主的职位。两人明争冷战，忠勇伯这时被攻击了，他认定山鸡指使了人进犯他。俩人再次由于有关政府的计划而相互对峙，帮派内讧。
　　山鸡除了奇迹上的不快意，妻子菜菜子更被父亲手下强奸了。山鸡正处在水深炽热当中，陈浩南前往台湾助山鸡落井下石，雷复轰却为了帮内团结要把让忠勇伯当帮主。忠勇伯竟在这个时辰被杀了，山鸡再次被怀疑……
