◎简 介
艾尔巴的脚色埃文斯被描写为“恶性自恋”，为引发女性的留意“不惜利用暴力”，申请保释被采纳后，他从押送车中逃出，来到昔日情人家中报仇。报仇终了，又在一片黝黑的雨夜，出现在了泰瑞家门口。泰瑞有两个孩子，丈夫外出未归，她好心想借电话给埃文斯一用，却不意让自己和孩子都堕入了险境当中。
◎幕后花絮
导演萨姆·米勒可谓是好莱坞小荧屏导演中名望尚可的人物。其已经执导的《今生》和《军情五处》可谓是口碑极好的佳作。尔后来与本片主演艾尔巴合作过的美剧《路德》，不单收获包括艾美奖最好导演提名等殊荣海为后者带来了金球奖视帝的殊荣。在这部其重返大银幕的并非贸易高文中，虽然影片故事格式不大，脚色不多，但影片自始至终散发出的优良惊悚空气，足以证实了老道的米勒的水准照旧。而片中的大恶人——逃犯的饰演者伊德瑞斯·艾尔巴的演技则延续精进，其在《环承平洋》、《雷神》和《曼德拉》等片中的出色表示，已然留给人们不错的印象。现在艾尔巴化身暴力偏向实足的逃犯，并在雨夜硬闯民宅，面临手无寸铁的妇幼，可谓凶相毕露。其骇人水平可见一斑。片中的女一号泰瑞，则由曾出演《像汉子一样思考》演技派黑人女星塔拉吉·P·汉森担纲，她也将一个为保存而战为孩子而拼命的巨大母亲的精气神归纳得非常到位。
究竟上，作为一部标准的自力影片，并不敷以有更多的卖点。其贸易元素全要靠影片本身的优良故事和演员们的出色发挥表现出来。这部原本早在一年多之前就完工的影片，至今才被出品方拿出来刊行，更遭到索尼文娱如此影业大咖的亲身刊行之殊荣，也足见该片自己并非下等之作。
