◎简　　介
　　为了稳固两人的婚姻，泰迪（塞思·麦克法兰 Seth MacFarlane 配音）和泰米琳（杰西卡·巴斯 Jessica Barth 饰）发生了要一个孩子的动机，在尝试了各类方式无果后，两人决议领养。但是，此时泰迪却发现政府并没有将他当做一个实在的“人”，而仅仅只是一份“财富”，是以，他不但没法领养孩子，还损失了身为一个“人”的一切百姓权利——信誉卡报废，工作泡汤，就连他和泰米琳的婚姻也成了一纸空文。
