◎简　　介

　　某个普通的薄暮，大门生玄野计（二宫和也 饰）在电车站重逢初中时代的好友加藤胜（松山健一 饰）。为了救济一个跌落铁轨的男人，他们二人遭到电车的激烈撞击。但是转眼之间，他们便毫发无损地来到一间密闭的屋子内。这里还有别的七个汉子以及一个庞大的黑色球体。按照黑球的指示，这群人需要穿上战服拿起兵器去刺杀葱星人。有的报酬了奖金投入了杀戮游戏，有的报酬了保存而刻毒无情。生死关头，懦弱的阿计和善良的阿胜也不能不投入其中，而前方还有更多的考验期待着他们。此外，名为GANTZ的系统又隐藏着怎样的奥秘？
　　本片分前后篇两部，按照漫画家奥浩哉的同名原著改编。
