　　改编自漫画鬼才谷古实的同名漫画作品，以描画连环杀人犯森田与高中时代的同学冈田再会，并图谋杀戮冈田暗恋的女性由香的故事为主轴，糅合了人间不公道的豪情、恋爱、友谊等要素，是一部著名的暗黑向漫画作品。谷古实之所以会被称为漫画鬼才，除了其作品人物可谓清奇的画风，还有布满设想力的荒诞无厘头剧情。而从一样被改成电影的《干才》起头，谷古实逐步展暴露对于严厉题材的掌控才能，这部《白天之雨》昔时颁发时就曾引发颤动。作为一部剧情片，有了优异的故事做底，大要也就成了七分了。
