　　本片描画了法国南部蓝色海岸天堂般的美景及其不为人知的另一面。天堂在那里？有人说就在法国南部的蓝色海岸，那边总是有美丽的阳光、金饰的沙滩和成群的游人，甚至英国女王、大画家毕加索都忍受不住这里美景的引诱。在裸体主义者独占的岛屿上，马儿在海边悠然踱步，游人裸体裸体躺在沙滩上晒太阳。这一切似乎告诉人们：这里离天堂很近。但是影片告诉人们：这一切都是错觉，这里不属于当地人，那些不远万里赶来的游人也都是冒牌的亚当和夏娃，由于这个天堂是上着锁的。本片以一个右翼常识份子的视角具体描摹了法河山地上这块特别的“飞地”，使人想起维果的《尼斯的气象》，这两部影片确切有殊途同归之妙，区分在于本片比力蕴藉，《尼斯的气象》比力凌厉，本片导演阿涅斯·瓦尔达1928年生于比利时都城布鲁塞尔。1954年，她在没有受过任何电影教育的情况下拍摄的电影童贞作《短岬村》震动了法国影坛，成为新浪潮电影的先声作品，她本人也是以被尊为“新浪潮之母”。时至本日，她的艺术缔造力仍然不减，不竭创作出新的富有震动力的作品（如完成于2000年的记载片《拾荒者》，拜见单万里《DV时代的新浪潮之母--纪念阿涅斯·瓦尔达从影50周年》，载《今世电影》杂志2004年第3期）。
