　　维欧拉（阿曼达?贝尼斯 饰）甜蜜可人，笑脸如同一片金色阳光。但她可不是个娇滴滴的小女生。疯狂爱好足球的她，一向把踢球看成胡想。谁知，可爱的黉舍居然取消了女子球队。维欧拉为了继续她的足球梦，乔装成她的双胞胎哥哥赛巴斯蒂去新黉舍报道，并作为新生加入足球队，预备在球场上克服那些轻视女孩的男球员们。但是从小女生酿成男生可不是一件轻易的事，维欧拉故作蛮横的样子实在让人又佩服又可笑。
　　在室友杜克（钱宁 ?塔图姆饰）的帮助下，维欧拉足球技术越来越出色。而不知不觉中，她竟爱上了这个和她旦夕相处的阳光大男孩。使人咋舌的是，黉舍的“万人迷”奥莉维娅居然疯狂地为她沉迷。一件件突发事务相继而至，维欧拉手足无措。但她始终稳定的，对足球的狂热，促使她硬着头皮也要向前走。恋爱，足球，皆大欢乐还是全盘皆输？期待维欧拉，期待你我……
